Reflective Positivity® empowers leaders by illuminating the profound influence of their reflective habits—reminding them that reflection is not a skill to be acquired, but an innate capacity to be cultivated. Through its unique self-assessment tool, leaders gain a clear snapshot of their existing reflective strengths and identify opportunities to build more constructive, high-impact habits.

Reflective Positivity® Leadership Program

The program focuses on cultivating high-performing leaders and teams by enhancing self-belief. It employs evidence-based approaches to strengthen awareness and practice of Reflective Positivity. Participants engage in group coaching, individual assessments, and on-demand learning modules.

Program Activities

The program includes monthly group coaching sessions, individual debriefs, and peer reflection pods. Participants complete nine on-demand learning modules to reinforce their understanding of Reflective Positivity®. The program culminates in participant presentations to share insights and learning.
