Reflective Positivity® Program

The program focuses on cultivating high-performing leaders and teams by enhancing self-belief. It employs evidence-based approaches to strengthen awareness and practice of Reflective Positivity. Participants engage in group coaching, individual assessments, and on-demand learning modules.

The program aims to foster a culture of abundance and support among leaders and teams.

Program Activities

The program includes monthly group coaching sessions, individual debriefs, and peer reflection pods. Participants complete nine on-demand learning modules, culminating in participant presentations to share insights and learning.
