Suzi is the author of Build Your Leader Identity and co-author of The Wise Leader. The Reflective Difference is her third book, co-authored with Dr Paul Lawrence. Suzi is the founder and Managing Director of Roar People, an expert leadership coach and facilitator with thousands of hours experience, and the author of academic articles. Suzi completed a PhD in Leadership at Sydney Business School, University of Wollongong.

Paul is the founder and owner of Leading Systemically, a leadership/coaching company providing client and coach education services. He has published more than a dozen academic articles and authored seven books on leadership, change management, and coaching. He has taught coaching and leadership on the Masters program at the Sydney Business School, University of Wollongong, and is an Honorary Research Associate at Oxford Brookes University.
